In this glossary I will compile the specific terms that we will be discussing in class and which I may have doubts about, or I do not completely understand.

accreditation standards

All accreditation standards encompass the principles of quality management systems, including those of ISO 9001 . In other words, being ISO accredited means that an organisation has met the quality management system requirements of a particular standard.
